Solid dosage manufacturing with tablets and capsules

Solid Dosage Production

Tablets and capsules are made on a line built for consistency. Raw materials are sifted, granulated, dried, milled and blended before they reach the tablet presses and capsule fillers. In-line checks keep weight and content uniformity on target throughout the run.

After compression, tablets are film-coated, dedusted and passed through metal detection before blister, strip or bottle packing. Every batch is tested for hardness, friability, disintegration and dissolution before it is released.

Laboratory preparation for liquid formulations

Liquid Production

Syrups, suspensions and oral solutions are made in a closed system. Purified water is generated on site, and mixing happens in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. High-shear mixers and homogenizers keep dispersions uniform.

Transfer paths are cleaned on validated CIP cycles, and products are filtered and deaerated before filling, capping and labeling. Each batch is checked for clarity, pH, viscosity and potency before release.

Topical formulation manufacturing and filling

Creams & Ointments

Topical products depend on texture and stability. Jacketed mixing vessels, vacuum emulsifiers and homogenizers control heat and shear so active ingredients disperse evenly through the base.

Particle size is refined in ointment mills before tubes and jars are filled and sealed. Batches are checked for appearance, viscosity and content uniformity, and packed to stay stable in Bangladesh’s climate.
