Lanzol®
Lansoprazole
Lanzol® contains lansoprazole 30 mg as enteric-coated (delayed-release) pellets, a formulation designed to protect the acid-labile drug in the stomach and allow absorption after the pellets pass into the intestine. Lansoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells, helping relieve acid-related conditions such as GERD and peptic ulcer disease.
