Eridon® 10
Domperidone Maleate
Eridon is a Domperidone preparation. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist. As it does not enter the central nervous system, its effect is confined to the periphery and acts principally at the receptor in the chemoreceptor trigger zone. Eridon increases esophageal peristalsis and lower esophageal sphincter pressure, and thus prevents regurgitation of gastric content.
